SharpAtoms is building a Satellite Team of experienced US Direct Hire Recruiters across Accounting & Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Healthcare Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Legal and Corporate Support.
This opportunity is especially suitable for experienced recruiters returning after a career break or seeking remote work, flexible engagement, or additional professional assignments.
Selected professionals will work through a 2–4 week performance window to demonstrate capability. We are looking for recruiters who can consistently produce:
Qualified Candidates → Quality Submissions → Interviews → Placements
You should be able to source independently using your existing network, referrals, public/professional sources, LinkedIn free access, search engines, communities, AI tools and other resources available to you.
Premium sourcing tools may not be provided during the initial performance period.
We measure candidate quality, submission relevance, response rate, interview movement, reporting discipline and outcomes, not just resumes collected.
Freelance professionals must commit to defined working hours and reporting schedules for coordination, monitoring, mentoring and reviews.
Strong performers may move into ongoing freelance engagement or full-time opportunities with SharpAtoms.
