VP of Project Management

Role Description The VP of Project Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Mirai’s AI and real estate product lines. This role leads a team of project and program managers, sets standards for project governance, and ensures that priorities, timelines, scope, and budgets are aligned with strategic business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project roadmaps, coordinating resources across product, engineering, data, and operations, monitoring risks and dependencies, and communicating progress and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders. The VP of Project Management will establish best practices, refine processes for continuous improvement, and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and measurable results. This role also collaborates closely with business leaders and external partners to ensure projects deliver tangible value to real estate professionals and end users.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated Program Management expertise managing multiple concurrent initiatives and aligning them with strategic objectives.
Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and driving evidence-based decisions.
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring project management teams in a technology or SaaS environment.
Experience working with AI, software development, or data-driven products; familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial.
