About Position:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead Mobile Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications on the Android platform. This position requires a strong combination of hands-on development expertise, mobile architecture knowledge, technical leadership, and team management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving mobile engineering excellence, defining scalable application architectures, mentoring development teams, and delivering high-performance mobile solutions that align with business objectives.

What You'll Do:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale Android applications.
Define and implement mobile application architecture using MVVM, MVI, and other modern design patterns.
Drive end-to-end mobile application delivery from requirement analysis through deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative mobile solutions.
Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and mobile engineering best practices.
Review application architecture, code quality, and technical designs to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Lead technical discussions and provide solutions for complex business and engineering challenges.
Mentor and guide mobile developers through code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical coaching.
Design and implement reusable, modular, and scalable components for mobile applications.
Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, reliability, and security.
Ensure compliance with mobile security standards and enterprise governance requirements.
Manage application deployments and releases through CI/CD processes.
Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobile application quality and user experience.
Expertise You'll Bring:
10 to 15 years of overall software development experience with significant expertise in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
Expertise in implementing MVVM, MVI, and modern mobile architecture patterns.
Extensive experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Jetpack Components, and Material Design principles.
Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and mobile architecture best practices.
Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger or Hilt.
Experience with asynchronous programming using Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, or similar technologies.
Expertise in mobile performance optimization, memory management, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and mobile application security.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile deployment processes.
Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test automation frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
