Role Description
The Next.js Developer Intern role at SRIYOG is a remote internship focused on assisting with the development and maintenance of web applications using Next.js and related technologies. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will implement UI components, contribute to frontend logic, fix bugs, and support integration with APIs under the guidance of senior developers.
The role includes participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with designers and other developers to ensure a consistent user experience. The intern will also help with basic testing, documentation, and version control practices as part of the development workflow.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Next.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, responsive design, and basic accessibility principles.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and apply feedback from mentors and peers.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree or training program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
Interest in consulting, client-focused work, and building production-ready web applications.
