About the role
As the CFO/Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial health of the group. You will lead consolidated financial reporting, treasury, and budgeting while acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership on capital allocation and project viability.
A day in the life
Your day will involve analyzing consolidated financial statements across multiple business verticals, overseeing treasury and cash flow management, and leading ERP automation projects. You will spend significant time collaborating with business heads on growth strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key activities
Prepare and audit consolidated financial statements
Lead ERP integration and finance systems automation
Conduct project viability and capital allocation evaluations
Manage treasury operations and financial risk mitigation
Ensure adherence to taxation and corporate governance standards
Responsibilities
Primary
Oversee corporate financial operations, treasury, and budgeting
Direct preparation and analysis of consolidated financials across all divisions
Lead digital transformation and business intelligence reporting
Maintain strict compliance with local and international financial regulations
Secondary
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategies
Direct systems automation and business intelligence efforts
Evaluate project viability for new business initiatives

Who we're looking for
Education

Experience
8+ years of total experience in core finance roles with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing consolidated financial statements. Work Location will be - Viramgam, Viramgam - Sanand highway, Gujarat.
