This is a 2-month, field-based business development role located in Thane. This internship provides hands-on experience in real-estate finance and debt syndication within the Thane market. You will bridge the gap between financial services and real-estate developers by identifying funding needs directly at project sites.
A day in the life: A typical day involves visiting construction sites and developer offices in Thane, interacting with project owners, collecting data on site progress, and reporting qualified leads to the senior finance team.
