Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Manufacturing domain and exposure to technology-driven projects. The candidate should understand manufacturing processes, gather business requirements, and effectively work between business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and document end-to-end manufacturing processes and workflows.
Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases and Process Flow Diagrams.
Identify process gaps and support As-Is / To-Be process mapping.
Work closely with manufacturing/business stakeholders and IT teams.
Support technology implementation, process improvement and digital initiatives.
Participate in UAT, requirement validation and implementation activities.
Required Skills
3–6 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong Manufacturing domain knowledge.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories and Process Mapping.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with business and technology/IT teams.
Good to Have
Exposure to ERP, MES, PLM, IoT or Shop Floor applications.
Experience in process automation, digital initiatives or technology implementation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and UAT.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with Manufacturing domain experience, client/project handling experience and strong BA documentation skills will be preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates available within 15 days are preferred.
