WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS ANALYST – MANUFACTURING
Chennai | Full-time | Work from Office
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to manufacturing projects to support requirement analysis and end-to-end project delivery.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will understand business processes, client requirements and manufacturing operations, with the ability to analyse needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse and document business & functional requirements
• Understand manufacturing processes and identify business needs
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases and process flows
• Analyse As-Is / To-Be processes and identify gaps
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Support UAT, requirement validation and project delivery
• Participate in client meetings and requirement workshops
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing / ERP / Digital Transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
• Experience with ERP, MES/MOM or manufacturing technology projects is an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively between clients, business teams and technical teams
