We're Hiring | Technical Lead – Full Stack Development
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)
Experience: 9–10 Years
Team Handling Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical development, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should combine strong hands-on full-stack development skills with proven team leadership and technical decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
Drive hands-on development, technical architecture, system design, and implementation of scalable applications.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using React.js, Node.js, and Angular.
Work with PostgreSQL databases, Docker, REST APIs, and application integrations.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and maintain coding standards.
Manage task allocation, monitor team progress, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
9–10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on full-stack expertise.
Minimum 5 years of team handling or technical team leadership experience.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, database design, and application architecture.
Experience in code reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring, and delivery management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience – Added Advantage
Experience working with manufacturing clients or industrial software projects.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
Exposure to Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT (IIoT), shop-floor digitization, or manufacturing digital transformation.
