Role Description The HR-Associate – Field Recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for restaurant and back-end operations across the Greater Chennai Area. This full-time, on-site role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in timely staffing of outlets. The role includes visiting multiple locations for field recruitment drives, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR-Associate will also assist with onboarding processes, basic training coordination, and HR operations support as needed to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and supporting onboarding activities.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in field recruitment or volume hiring, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food services.
Ability to travel within the Greater Chennai Area and work across multiple outlet locations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Knowledge of local languages and regional talent markets is an advantage.
Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
