Salsify PIM Product Data Administrator

We are hiring a PIM Application Administrator with hands-on experience supporting Salsify and enterprise product-content environments.
The person in this role will own day-to-day PIM application administration, configuration, troubleshooting, product data support, workflows, and content syndication.
WHAT WE NEED
Primary platform: Salsify
You should have hands-on experience with several of the following:
Salsify administration and configuration
User / role / permission management
Workflow configuration and troubleshooting
Product data and attribute management
Taxonomy and metadata
Product content management
Product content syndication
Retailer / ecommerce channel publishing
Application troubleshooting and issue resolution
Business-user support and enhancement requests
RELATED TECHNOLOGY
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Bynder | Clarity | Syndigo | Akeneo | Stibo | Informatica PIM | PIMcore | DAM
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Administer and support the Salsify PIM environment
Configure users, roles, permissions and workflows
Investigate product data and publishing issues
Support product content and metadata quality
Troubleshoot syndication and retailer/ecommerce publishing problems
Work with business stakeholders to understand application issues and enhancement requests
Coordinate with technical teams when integrations or application changes are required
Support documentation, training, governance and application adoption

Potential fit:
Candidates who have administered another enterprise PIM platform such as Syndigo, Akeneo, Stibo, Informatica PIM or PIMcore and have direct experience with product data and syndication.
Not the target profile:
Business Analysts, Project Managers or Product Managers whose experience is primarily requirements gathering, coordination or project management without hands-on PIM administration.
