MarTech Product Owner Administrator

🚨 MUST HAVE
Hands-on Salsify administration experience
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or product content syndication
Experience administering enterprise Marketing Technology applications
Ability to manage configuration, users, permissions, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
ROLE
Seeking a hands-on MarTech Product Owner / Application Administrator to support Salsify, Bynder, and Clarity within a retail marketing technology environment.
The primary focus is Salsify administration and product information syndication. You will serve as the IT point of contact for these applications, supporting users, resolving application issues, managing configurations, and delivering system enhancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer Salsify, Bynder, and Clarity
Manage users, roles, permissions, configuration, and application support
Support product information and digital asset syndication to retailer/ecommerce websites
Maintain product data, metadata, and content standards
Troubleshoot data and application issues
Partner with business stakeholders on enhancement requests
Evaluate technical options, effort, timelines, and priorities
Support application governance, audits, training, adoption, and issue resolution
