Reign Mark Consulting Services is looking for a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
We are seeking an AI practitioner who combines deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and customer-facing leadership to deliver innovative AI solutions at enterprise scale.
🔹 Key Technical Requirements:
Generative AI & LLMs: Claude, OpenAI, Hugging Face, fine-tuning and LLM evaluation
Agentic AI: LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, multi-agent workflows and tool calling
RAG & LLM Applications: Retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration and guardrails
Computer Vision: PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, object detection, segmentation, OCR and image/video analytics
Machine Learning: Deep learning, forecasting, optimization and algorithm development
MLOps & Deployment: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, distributed training and inference optimization
🔹 What We're Looking For:
6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
Strong hands-on production AI development experience, ideally with 10+ AI/ML projects deployed to production
Ability to design end-to-end AI/ML and agentic solutions
Experience leading technical teams and translating customer requirements into scalable AI solutions
Strong problem-solving, solutioning and customer-facing communication skills
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
