Key responsibilities:
Responsible for store-level OTD, write-offs, customer complaints and attrition
Monitor reports and take action to improve OTD, write-offs, DER and complaints
Ensure GRN, PRN, cycle count and FEFO/expiry processes
Basic understanding of store-level P&L, cost and efficiency
Ensure SOP and process compliance
Monitor live dashboards and resolve operational bottlenecks
Manage staff rosters
Supervise, counsel and guide store employees
Handle recognition, discipline, feedback and warnings
Strong understanding of retail store operations. JD - Store In-Charge (1)
