Compensation: Performance-Based Commission
💼 EARNING OPPORTUNITY
If you successfully onboard a new client, you will receive 5% of the client’s first-month invoice value (excluding taxes) as commission.
✅ Commission is paid once per client
✅ No limit on the number of clients you can onboard
✅ Close 1, 10, 50 or 100+ clients — your earning potential depends on your performance
✅ Huge opportunity in the growing BGV industry
Example:
If your client’s first-month invoice is ₹2,00,000 (excluding GST), your commission will be ₹10,000.
🎯 WHO CAN APPLY?
- Freshers and experienced candidates
- Full-time or part-time professionals
- Sales / Business Development professionals
- Candidates with B2B sales experience preferred
- BGV, HR, BFSI, recruitment or related industry experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and client acquisition skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individuals
