We are hiring a Sales Officer for Bikaner to manage customer acquisition, business development, and field sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain daily sales activity and performance reports.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or relevant sales experience preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
Strong target-oriented approach.
