Staffing Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Professional | 10+ Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Procurement / Strategic Sourcing professional with 10+ years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing procurement, vendor management, and supplier relationship management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead staff augmentation / contingent workforce procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Manage and negotiate with staffing vendors, recruitment partners, MSPs, and suppliers.
Develop and execute RFP/RFQ processes, rate negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Manage vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and governance.
Drive cost optimization and rate-card negotiations while maintaining quality and service levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external suppliers.
Analyze staffing spend, supplier performance, utilization, and market trends.
Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance, and contract management.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier consolidation.
🔹 Required Experience
10+ years of overall experience in Staffing Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contingent Workforce Management, or Vendor Management.
Strong experience in IT staffing / staff augmentation procurement.
Proven experience handling staffing suppliers and vendor negotiations.
Strong understanding of MSP/VMS models, rate cards, SOW, contract staffing, and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with large enterprise organizations is preferred.
