We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, drive product development, and build scalable B2B SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of AI and its practical applications in modern software products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
Drive end-to-end product development, architecture, design, and delivery of scalable B2B SaaS applications.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Define engineering best practices, coding standards, system design principles, and development processes.
Ensure product scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Leverage AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities to enhance product features, engineering productivity, and customer experience.
Evaluate and integrate AI technologies, LLMs, APIs, and AI-powered tools into product workflows wherever relevant.
Drive technical decision-making, code quality, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
9–14 years of experience in software engineering, including engineering leadership or team management.
Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products in a product-based environment.
Excellent knowledge of system design, software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered product development.
Experience managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality products in an agile environment.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to balance hands-on technical decision-making with people management and product delivery.
🔹 Good to Have
Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience working with fast-growing SaaS startups or scaling product engineering teams.
