About the Organisation:
Vistolane is an innovative global mobility and travel-tech platform transforming how people and businesses handle visas and immigration. We offer a comprehensive eligibility, fee, and processing-time engine across 52 destinations—enabling travelers to apply seamlessly for tourist and student visas or connect with licensed immigration partners.
Beyond consumer services, Vistolane powers the back-end infrastructure for travel agencies, study-abroad consultants, immigration firms, and enterprise employers as a powerful visa case-management SaaS platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, sharp, and detail-oriented Content Writer Intern to help shape Vistolane’s voice across both our consumer-facing travel platform and our B2B SaaS ecosystem.
In this role, you will turn complex immigration laws, visa processes, and software features into clear, engaging, and high-converting content. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams, giving you a front-row seat to startup marketing, SEO growth, and B2B storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Destination Content & SEO: Write and update in-depth destination guides, blog posts, and FAQs covering visa requirements, government fees, and processing times for our 52+ covered countries (e.g., Schengen, UK, Canada, US, Australia).
B2B SaaS Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for landing pages, feature announcements, email newsletters, and case studies targeting travel agencies and immigration consultants.
User Education & Product Copy: Simplify dense immigration jargon into friendly, crystal-clear user interface (UI) copy, tooltips, and onboarding flows for travelers.
Content Research: Research changing visa policies, travel trends, and competitor landscapes to ensure all content is accurate, timely, and authoritative.
Social & Community: Help brainstorm and execute content angles for social media channels and digital distribution.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Writing Excellence: Exceptional command of the English language with a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and flow. You know how to make complex subjects sound simple and engaging.
Portfolio: A portfolio of published articles, blog posts, essays, or previous copywriting/content writing work that demonstrates your versatility.
SEO & Digital Fluency: Basic familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and digital content distribution (experience with tools like Google Analytics or Ahrefs is a plus).
Curiosity & Rigor: A meticulous researcher who double-checks facts, especially when dealing with compliance-heavy spaces like visas and immigration.
Startup DNA: A bias for action, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Get
Mentorship: Direct guidance and editorial feedback from experienced content and growth leads.
Real-World Impact: Your work will be read by thousands of travelers and businesses navigating global mobility every day.
Career Growth: Hands-on experience in SEO, B2B SaaS marketing, and travel-tech content strategy, with a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role for top performers.
Stipend: Competitive internship stipend.
