As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and high-energy Digital Content Creator who can help us build a strong, engaging, and recognizable brand across social media and digital channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and execution-focused Digital Content Creator who can independently create engaging content for Vistolane across social media, video, website, and digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate should understand how to turn ideas, trends, visa updates, travel information, and business messages into compelling content that attracts attention, builds trust, and drives engagement.
You should be comfortable working across formats such as Reels, Shorts, social posts, carousels, explainer videos, promotional videos, scripts, and campaign creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, educational content, and social media creatives.
Develop content around visas, immigration, travel, study abroad, global mobility, and Vistolane's services.
Research trending topics, formats, hooks, and content ideas relevant to the industry.
Write scripts, captions, headlines, and social media copy.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Design teams to execute campaign ideas.
Create content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, posts, and carousels.
Assist with founder-led content, interviews, customer stories, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
Track content performance, engagement, reach, views, shares, and audience growth.
Continuously test new formats and creative concepts to improve content performance.
Support paid marketing campaigns with high-converting video and creative content.
Skills & Requirements
1–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Good video editing and storytelling skills.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Ability to create engaging hooks and scripts for short-form video content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver content consistently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable appearing on camera is highly preferred.
