Work Model: Asia, Remote
Employment: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
Compensation: Around USD 13,000/month, negotiable based on experience
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to own the technical direction across Frontend, Backend, and Web3 integration.
What you'll do:
Define and evolve end-to-end system architecture
Lead technical decisions across React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and Web3
Mentor engineers and drive code quality, reviews, and technical standards
Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
Identify technical risks and improve security, reliability, and observability
Guide the transition from MVP/demo flows toward production-ready systems
Coordinate closely with frontend, backend, Web3, product, and design teams
Requirements:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Previous Technical Lead / Staff-level ownership
Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Solid knowledge of API design, authentication, authorization, and security
Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems
Hands-on experience with code review, mentoring, and technical execution
Nice to have:
Web3 experience: wallet integration, smart contracts, escrow/transaction flows
Experience with Fastify, Redis, and production observability
Marketplace, fintech, or transaction-heavy product experience
Familiarity with Ethereum / Polygon ecosystem
