Position Overview
Krasan Consulting Services is seeking an RFP / Proposal Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for RFPs, proposals, and upcoming client opportunities. This role will focus on sourcing and qualifying candidates based on proposal requirements and building strong talent pipelines for anticipated project needs.
The position is based in India and requires working a night shift aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Review RFPs, job requirements, and labor categories to understand required candidate qualifications.
Source and identify qualified candidates for proposal and pre-award opportunities.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active RFPs and upcoming opportunities.
Partner with Recruiting, Proposal, Account Management, and Business Development teams to meet proposal deadlines.
Collect and maintain candidate resumes, availability, certifications, and other required information.
Ensure candidate resumes and experience align with RFP and client requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records, screening notes, and status updates within recruiting systems.
Communicate sourcing challenges or candidate gaps to internal stakeholders.
Support the transition of proposed candidates into the hiring process following project award.
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
IT, consulting, or professional services recruiting experience preferred.
RFP, proposal, government contracting, or SLED recruiting experience is a plus.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
Must be comfortable working India night-shift hours aligned with U.S. Central Time.
