ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer / CMDB-CSDM Analyst to join our IT team and help drive the continued growth, maturity, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining CMDB data quality and integrity, aligning configuration data with the CSDM framework, and supporting ITIL, ITOM, security, and business initiatives.
What you’ll do
Monitor and improve CMDB health, CI relationships, Discovery, service mapping, and data integrations.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.
Analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
Support platform administration, configuration, development, testing, and deployments.
Define and promote development standards and best practices across the platform.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and multiple development teams to assess requirements, dependencies, and platform impacts.
Support the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
Identify opportunities to expand and maximize ServiceNow’s native capabilities.
What we’re looking for
Strong experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
Solid knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, including CI relationships and data quality.
Experience with ITIL / ITOM processes, Discovery, integrations, and service mapping.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Advanced English communication skills.
