Are you a Senior Data Scientist who enjoys solving complex problems, building production-ready ML solutions, and working with modern AI/LLM technologies?
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help build and optimize machine learning, similarity-based retrieval, recommendation, and LLM-powered solutions.
What you’ll be working on
Develop and deploy machine learning models in production.
Design and optimize feature engineering and feature selection strategies.
Build similarity-based retrieval models, recommendation systems, and high-cardinality matching solutions.
Design and refine LLM prompts for semantic ranking and classification — beyond basic prompting.
Work with large datasets to uncover patterns and build scalable, data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to turn complex problems into impactful solutions.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
6+ years of hands-on Data Science experience, including deploying ML models into production.
Advanced Python skills, particularly with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Strong experience with feature engineering and feature selection methodologies.
Experience developing similarity-based retrieval, recommendation systems, or high-cardinality matching solutions.
Practical experience designing and refining prompts for LLM-based semantic ranking or classification — this is not just about writing prompts; we’re looking for someone who understands how to build and improve these solutions.
Advanced English communication skills.
