Role Description The Wedding Planner at DAX Logistics is a part-time remote role responsible for coordinating and managing wedding events from initial consultation through post-event follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, creating detailed event plans and timelines, managing vendor communication, and overseeing budgets and contracts. The role involves organizing logistics for venues, catering, décor, and transportation, and ensuring all elements align with client expectations and company standards. The Wedding Planner also responds to client inquiries, provides guidance on wedding options, and resolves issues to ensure a smooth, memorable experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
Strong Planning and Event Planning skills to organize timelines, logistics, and detailed task lists.
Specialized Wedding Planning experience, including vendor coordination and ceremony/reception management.
Budgeting skills to manage costs, track expenses, and align plans with client financial expectations.
Excellent Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, build trust, and handle client requests and concerns.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
Proficient with digital tools for remote collaboration, scheduling, and document management.
Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
