We are looking for an experienced Admission Manager to manage admissions operations, drive business and revenue targets, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the admissions process to achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
Guide and support the admissions and counselling team in achieving individual and overall targets.
Develop relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, counselling, conversions, and enrollment activities.
Handle key student and parent discussions and support the team with complex queries and negotiations.
Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and admission progress through the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Track admission performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Stay updated on university programs, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and industry trends.
