Team Leader (admissions) in Pune, Wakad

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Team Leader – Admissions to lead the admissions team, drive team performance, and support students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the admissions/counselling team to achieve monthly targets.
Guide team members in counselling prospective students for MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
Monitor team leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admission performance.
Support team members in handling student and parent queries, objections, and negotiations.
Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective students and improve conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Track individual and team performance and prepare regular updates.
Stay updated on university programs, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and admission trends.
