Executive Vice President of Operations

Role Description The Executive Vice President of Operations (EVP) will provide strategic and operational leadership for Graduados de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la UNMSM in a part-time, remote capacity. This role oversees core operational processes, aligning programs, services, and initiatives with organizational goals and member needs. The EVP will guide planning and execution of projects, optimize workflows, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality experience for alumni and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on strategic priorities, managing budgets and resource allocation, improving customer service standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The EVP will also identify opportunities for organizational growth, implement best practices in operations, and report regularly on progress, risks, and outcomes to the executive leadership and board.
Qualifications
Demonstrated strength in Operations Management, including process optimization and performance monitoring.
Proven experience in P&L Management and budget oversight for departments or projects.
Background in Customer Service, with a focus on member, partner, or stakeholder satisfaction and service standards.
Advanced capabilities in Strategic Planning, including setting objectives, defining roadmaps, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
Strong Project Management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.
Relevant academic background in economics, business administration, management, or related fields.
Experience in associations, alumni organizations, educational institutions, or non-profit environments is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, commitment to inclusive practices, and respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
