Job Purpose:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs to support marketing
campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials for both online and offline platforms. The role
requires a blend of creativity, branding expertise, and technical skills to produce designs that effectively
communicate the brand’s message and attract customers.
Key Resposibilities:
Design packaging, labels, marketing materials, and digital creatives.
Maintain brand consistency and FMCG packaging compliance.
Create campaign, advertising, POS, and promotional designs.
Develop social media graphics, GIFs, animations, and digital ads.
Research design trends and competitor visuals.
Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, vendors, and e-commerce teams.
Ensure print and digital quality, accuracy, and optimization.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably FMCG.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, and video editing is a plus.
Strong creativity, typography, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
