Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, tracking orders, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers and partners. The person in this position will monitor process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements across supply chain and vendor management. The Operational Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and founders to align operational activities with business priorities, maintain quality standards, and support new product or packaging launches. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, preparing operational reports, and supporting compliance with internal policies and external requirements.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, track, and execute operational initiatives and improvements.
Relevant experience in FMCG, food products, or startup operations is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
