We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital growth engine, scale customer acquisition, and make a measurable impact on the business.

🎯 What You’ll Own
• Build and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube & other digital platforms
• Own paid acquisition and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL & conversions
• Manage and scale digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-led marketing
• Identify new audiences, channels, and opportunities for scalable growth
• Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns
• Work closely with Creative, Content, Product, Sales & Business teams
• Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable growth strategies
• Lead and mentor performance marketing team members/agencies, where applicable
🔎 What We’re Looking For
✅ 4–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
✅ Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Consumer / High-growth businesses is preferred
✅ Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, LTV & attribution
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✅ Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio & marketing analytics tools
✅ Someone who takes ownership and is focused on business outcomes, not just campaign metrics
