Ecommerce HR EXECUTIVE (BULK HIRING)

We sit at the intersection of recruitment operations, workforce analytics, and digital staffing—driving volume hiring at speed while maintaining quality benchmarks across metro and tier-2 markets. Our HR Executives are the engine behind seamless candidate journeys from sourcing to onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end bulk hiring cycles for e-commerce fulfillment centers and customer service hubs across India.
Manage candidate pipelines via WhatsApp, SMS, and ATS—scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and tracking conversion rates.
Conduct high-volume phone screenings and preliminary interviews aligned with client-defined role competencies.
Coordinate onboarding logistics including document collection, background checks, and orientation sessions.
Collaborate with operations to refine hiring playbooks, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction scores.
Report daily metrics (source-wise conversion, drop-offs, offer acceptance) to drive continuous process improvement.
