Role Description
The Quality Analyst role involves reviewing mystery shopping audit reports submitted by auditors. The candidate will be responsible for checking report accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to client-specific guidelines before reports are shared with clients. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Review and quality-check mystery shopping audit reports.
Ensure reports meet client guidelines and project requirements.
Verify consistency between written responses and submitted proofs.
Identify errors, missing information, or discrepancies in reports.
Provide clear and constructive feedback for corrections when required.
Maintain quality standards and meet reporting deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good written English and grammar skills.
Ability to follow structured guidelines and checklists.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Prior experience in quality assurance, documentation review, auditing, or report checking is a plus.
Experience in mystery shopping, market research, healthcare documentation, or customer service is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
