Key Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
Develop high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and integrations.
Design and work with MongoDB databases for efficient data management.
Develop and maintain applications using Microservices Architecture.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Take ownership of features and projects from development through deployment and maintenance.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Next.js
Strong knowledge of Node.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB
Strong understanding of JavaScript
Experience with Express.js or Fastify
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend development
Knowledge of Git/version control and standard software development practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
Experience working on high-traffic or high-scale applications
Experience with production deployments
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of System Design
Experience with application performance optimization
Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
