Digital Marketing Associate in Delhi

We are looking for a search arbitrage fresher who is interested in learning and building a career in search arbitrage, performance marketing, media buying, and paid traffic. The candidate will work closely with the media buying team and learn how to manage search traffic, analyze campaign performance, optimize keywords and bids, and understand traffic monetization and profitability. This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates who are analytical, curious, comfortable with numbers, and interested in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing search arbitrage campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPC, CTR, RPM, EPC, revenue, spend, and ROI.
Analyze keywords, search queries, bids, traffic quality, and campaign performance.
Assist in identifying profitable keywords, campaigns, and traffic segments.
Support the team in optimizing bids, keywords, ad copies, and campaign structures.
Monitor daily campaign spend, revenue, and profitability.
Identify performance issues and communicate them to the senior team.
Conduct basic data analysis to understand campaign trends and opportunities.
Assist in testing different keywords, bids, targeting, and campaign strategies.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Work closely with senior media buyers and learn campaign optimization techniques.
Gradually take ownership of campaigns based on performance and learning.
Stay updated with search advertising and performance marketing concepts.
What We're Looking For
Freshers are welcome to apply.
A bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as BBA/MBA in marketing, commerce, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
Strong interest in performance marketing, digital marketing, media buying, or search arbitrage.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
Ability to understand and interpret numbers and performance metrics.
Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a performance-driven environment.
Ability to work 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, on-site in Delhi.

This is a hands-on entry-level role. We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in learning search arbitrage and performance marketing, are comfortable working with numbers and data, and are willing to take ownership as they develop their skills.
