Brand & Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Brand & Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, performance marketing, content strategy and client management. The role involves managing marketing campaigns for multiple dental practices, analysing campaign performance, coordinating creative production and communicating directly with Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and optimise Facebook & Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, budgets, creatives and campaign optimisation.
Develop brand, content and social media strategies for multiple clinic locations.
Analyse CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality and other campaign KPIs.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, social media and performance marketing teams.
Prepare campaign reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
Communicate directly with Australian clients and present campaign strategies and results.
Coordinate the complete workflow from strategy and creative production to publishing, advertising and reporting.
Core Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Social Media / Brand Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
Strong understanding of paid social advertising, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, client management and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients and deadlines independently.
Experience with Australian clients is an added advantage.
Dental/healthcare marketing experience is highly desirable.
