Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities in an on-site role based in Trivandrum. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, and assisting with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews. The intern will help maintain applicant tracking systems, update recruitment reports, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Additional tasks may involve supporting employer branding efforts, preparing basic job descriptions, and participating in recruitment campaigns or career events. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition and exposure to professional HR practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and basic interview coordination.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency with MS Office tools, online job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Candidates should possess an interest in HR, recruitment, or talent management, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
