About the Role
Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager- Full Time with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be strong in social media strategy, content planning, client handling, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
Create monthly social media content calendars.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors and Content Writers for content execution.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Track trends, hashtags, competitors and platform updates.
Handle client communication, feedback and content approvals.
Improve engagement, reach and overall social media presence.
Ensure timely delivery of monthly social media activities.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand analytics and prepare performance reports.
Strong knowledge of current social media trends.
Ability to work with a fast-paced agency team.
Preferred Skills
Meta Business Suite
Canva / basic design understanding
Social media analytics & reporting
Influencer marketing knowledge
Basic understanding of Meta Ads
AI tools for content creation
