PPC EXPERT- Immediate Joiner

About the Role
Nova Spark is looking for a PPC Expert with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads, Amazon PPC campaigns.
Basic of LinkedIn Ads, Other Online Marketplace Ads
Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting and audience strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize conversion-focused campaigns.
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversions API.
Prepare monthly campaign performance reports.
Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Design and Account Management teams.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on PPC experience.
Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
Good knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
