Role Description The AI Automation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions that leverage AI and related technologies. In this position, the specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable workflows that improve efficiency and reliability. Daily activities include configuring automation tools, integrating AI models into existing systems, creating and maintaining test cases, and performing regular troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly. The specialist also conducts quality assurance reviews, documents technical processes, and provides guidance to stakeholders on automation best practices and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Strong experience in Process Automation and Automation, including designing and implementing end-to-end automated workflows.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting automation pipelines and AI integrations to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Test Cases for automated solutions, with a focus on reliability and performance.
Background in Quality Assurance, including test planning, defect tracking, and validation of automation outcomes.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical experience with common automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), or RPA platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API-based integrations is highly beneficial.
