Role Description The Automation Specialist (Remote) role is a full-time position focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reliability across projects and systems. In this role, the specialist develops and optimizes process automation workflows, collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, and configures tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, performing root-cause analysis for automation-related issues, and ensuring alignment with quality assurance standards and best practices. The Automation Specialist also monitors automated processes, troubleshoots technical problems, documents solutions, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within Zynvex’s global technology environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting automation issues, including root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience creating and maintaining Test Cases and test scripts for automated systems and tools.
Background in Quality Assurance, including test planning, defect tracking, and adherence to quality standards.
Knowledge of common automation frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar), and integration tools.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and documentation best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant experience in automation-related roles.
