Arbor Academy is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✓ Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students
✓ Understand candidate requirements and explain suitable courses
✓ Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
✓ Handle customer queries and objections professionally
✓ Maintain lead records and follow-up status
✓ Achieve monthly sales & admission targets
✓ Coordinate with the counselling and operations team
👤 Requirements
✔️ Freshers are welcome to apply!
✔️ Good communication and convincing skills
✔️ Sales/Telecalling/EdTech experience preferred
✔️ Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
✔️ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
⏰ Working Hours
Monday–Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Once a month – Team Day
🔄 Weekday Comp-Off against Sunday working
💰 Performance-Based Incentives Available
