📌 Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team and gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations. The intern will be involved in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
* Coordinate interviews with candidates and the concerned teams.
* Assist with joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
* Coordinate and support employee induction and orientation.
* Maintain candidate and employee records, trackers, and HR documentation.
* Assist in day-to-day HR operations and coordination.
* Follow up with candidates and employees to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
🎯 Requirements
* Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
* Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
* Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
