Arbor Academy is a fast-growing EdTech organization committed to quality learning experiences. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Asset Management Executive to manage our IT assets across their full lifecycle.
*Role Overview*
You will be responsible for tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the company's IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses. You will keep accurate records, ensure timely allocation and recovery, and support audits and cost control.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Asset Lifecycle Management*
Maintain a complete, up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets
Manage procurement coordination, tagging, allocation, transfer, and retirement of assets
Handle asset issuance during onboarding and recovery during employee exit
*Records & Compliance*
Update and audit the asset register regularly to ensure accuracy
Track warranties, AMCs, and service contracts, and follow up on renewals
Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
*Software & License Management*
Track software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals
Ensure compliance with licensing terms and prevent unauthorized installations
Coordinate with the IT Support team for installation and deployment
*Vendor & Coordination*
Coordinate with vendors for purchases, repairs, replacements, and returns
Work with HR, Admin, and Finance on asset-related requests and reporting
*Reporting*
Prepare periodic reports on asset utilization, inventory status, and costs
Flag shortages, damages, and surplus assets proactively
*Requirements*
Graduate in any discipline (IT or Commerce preferred)
1-3 years of experience in asset management, inventory, or IT administration
Working knowledge of Excel and asset tracking tools
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Good communication and vendor coordination skills
Good to Have
Exposure to IT asset management (ITAM) tools
Basic understanding of software licensing and Microsoft 365
Experience in an EdTech or IT-driven environment
