Job Description
Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in building construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and other site teams.
Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work executed at site.
Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
Ensure proper utilization and availability of construction materials.
Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site records.
Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with the project team.
Ensure compliance with quality and site safety requirements.
Support billing, quantity verification, and preparation/checking of site measurements.
Ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction.
Strong knowledge of RCC and building construction activities.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, quantities, and construction materials.
Strong site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in large building projects, institutional/commercial buildings, or government construction projects will be preferred.
