Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Gurugram. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role also involves maintaining recruitment reports, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help improve recruitment processes to meet project and organizational staffing requirements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, preferably within construction or engineering industries.
Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic HRMS tools.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in infrastructure, construction, or engineering companies.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
