Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the growth team at a voice AI company as its founding Sales Development Representative. You will build qualified pipeline, help shape the sales playbook, and develop toward owning deals from first contact through close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.
- Contact prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone, then build relationships with potential customers.
- Manage pipeline activity and keep customer and prospect information organized in CRM tools.
- Test and refine outreach strategies and help establish a repeatable sales process.
- Progress toward managing and closing deals end to end as you demonstrate strong performance.
- Contribute to building the sales team and developing its playbook.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Direct sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
- Confidence conducting high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, while managing a CRM pipeline.
- Strong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take on varied sales work.
- Near-native German proficiency and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.
- A collaborative, communicative mindset and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary: €75,000 to €85,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
