Role Overview
Experienced TRIRIGA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Real Estate & Facilities responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into effective IBM TRIRIGA solutions. Works closely with stakeholders, Functional SMEs, Architects, and Developers to deliver scalable solutions across Real Estate and Facilities Management domains.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Real Estate, Facilities, or Workplace Management.
- Strong understanding of corporate real estate processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilites
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping sessions.
- Support solution design and configuration across TRIRIGA modules, including:
- Space Management
- Move Management
- Workplace Reservations
- Real Estate Portfolio Management
- Lease Administration & Lease Accounting
- Facilities Management
- Operations & Maintenance
- Service Management
- Capital Projects
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Support data migration, reporting, and integration requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage requirement traceability.
- Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
