Role: SAP SuccessFactors PM and Scrum Master
Job Type: Freelance / Contract
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 10+ years
Required Skills:
Should have SuccessFactors Project delivery Experience following Scrum practices
Certification in SuccessFactors and/or SCRUM methodologies with 10+ years relevant experience.
Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
Experience in Agile frameworks and business requirement gathering.
Running delivery following Scrum practices
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Manage and refine the product backlog.
Define clear SuccessFactors Recruitment business requirements and user stories.
Monitor sprint progress and ensure the team stays on track.
