📢 We Are Hiring! #LATAM
We’re looking for a #SeniorTechnicalProjectManager with strong experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, integrations, and enterprise-level delivery.
🧠 What You’ll Do
• Lead complex Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle
• Manage clients, stakeholders, resources, timelines, risks, and project health
• Lead discovery meetings and client workshops to identify business needs
• Coordinate teams across Salesforce design, integrations, and data transfers
• Manage project status, budgets, risks, and escalations
• Partner with C-Level executives and senior stakeholders
• Drive delivery excellence and long-term client relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience leading $1M+ enterprise projects
• Strong Salesforce platform and integration knowledge
• Experience working with C-Level executives
• Strong English fluency
• Expertise in budget/financial management and IT governance
• Enterprise PM tools: MS Project, SmartSheet, Daptiv, or equivalent
• Agile tools: Jira
✅ Nice to Have
• In-depth Salesforce technical knowledge
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Multiple Salesforce certifications
